We’ve been working hard behind the scenes with our gin-maker, Ed, to create the perfect gin that stands up to the flavours on our menu and goes down like a treat in a cocktail.
Our small-batch gin has been distilled in a traditional 100 litre copper still. Alongside the classic juniper berries needed to make gin, we’ve added mandarin and Japanese green tea, making it the perfect gin for a G&T at Tonkotsu, or at home.
